Biography
There are many choices in life
and sometimes we choose the wrong ones and suffer the
consequences. But sometimes something negative can turn into a
positive experience. I did not live a very privileged life while
growing up, and some people told my mother that I would never be
able to attend college. Despite what some people said my mother
encouraged me to make good grades and to look forward to the
prospect of college. Even though everyone may not be in a
position to afford college; where there is a will there is a
way.
I am 20 years old, a
sophomore, and scholarships have made it possible for me to
further my education and to have a better life. When you
struggle, you learn to appreciate the simple pleasures of life
and to prepare for opportunity. I know all of my hard work will
benefit me in the future. I just have to be patient and continue
to do well in school. Hopefully with a college education I will
be able to find a meaningful career that I enjoy and be able to
obtain financial security, happiness, and fulfillment. In the
words of Lauryn Hill “what is meant to me will be.” We can
appreciate the positive experiences and survive and learn from
the negative ones. I am a proud member of the AASA, HSF, COSAK,
and UNICEF. I am fortunate to be able to contribute to the
community. My hopes for the future are to dwell in prosperity
and happiness. So, in essence if I am devoted to what I do and
proud of whom I am then my positivism will encourage others to
work hard and let them know that dreams can come true if they
take the initiative to make them happen.
Job
Description
My task as the Formal Report Coordinator is to prepare the
prefatory parts, text parts and supplementary parts. The
prefatory parts include the letter of transmittal, operating
agreement, table of contents, list of illustrations, list of
tables, and the executive summary. The operating agreement
will include the team mission statement, purpose, and
decision making stategies.
As the FRC, I will edit and check all
of the written text for content and grammatical errors. It
is also my responsibility to ensure that the final written
report is taken to the writing lab. The purpose of the
report is to inform, analyze, persuade, recommend, and to
summarize.
