As a group member I assisted writing the end of the report. I helped organize the video presentation by assigning the divided parts to each group member. I have provided the web page publisher with a link to my home website.

Skills: I have been involved with an extensive amount of presentations. I have presented in two learned languages being French and Spanish just within the past two years. From these experiences I have gained much confidence, understood the meaning of team work, and how to improvise under pressure. In order to reach the objective for our video presentation I was able to integrate my previous knowledge of verbal and nonverbal communication. Also I was able to listen to each group member and then provide positive and honest feedback.

Strengths: I will offer my assistance to anyone when it is needed and I am available. I try my best to listen to people and not respond negatively. I try to route every situation to a positive outcome. When it comes to groups I try to do everything on time and as perfect as I can for the good of everyone.

Weaknesses: I have a little bit of a problem with being on time. I am not too late, but it is definitely a time management priority that should be higher on my list.
