Personal Info:

My name is Scott O'Neill. I was born in Atlanta, Georgia on January 20th, 1988. I have a younger brother in tenth grade and a younger sister in fifth grade. I graduated from Pope High School in the class of 2006. I am now finishing up my first semester of college at Kennesaw State University, where I am studying Business Management.

In my free time I like to watch TV and listen to music. I also participate in a recreational baseball team during the fall and spring. My favorite college sports team is Notre Dame. I also am very active in my church.

 

 

 

Team Role:

I am the  Project Manager for Facebook Fanatics. I am responsible for the overall completion of  the project. My job includes coordinating meeting times and making sure the rest of the team is all on the same page.  As Project Manager I have no specific responsibility to one part of the project, but rather I work with the other team members in assisting them with their individual responsibilities. I also am the primary person responsible for writing the operating agreement.

Being project manager has been a good experience for me as I am a management major. The main problem has been trying to find a time to meet that fits in with everyone's schedule. Management can also be challenging in instances where team members are in disagreement and the manager has to act as the mediator and try to come up with a fair and practical solution.
