Personal Biography:

Currently, enrolled in a Business Management program at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia. It is an interesting and challenging curriculum. After graduating will seek positions to further develop my business skills and when the time is right, start up my own business.

My Father owns a successful business he started up more then 12 years ago. During his college years choose an Engineering Curriculum and his first jobs were Mechanical Engineering positions. A career changing position came and my Dad took the opportunity and has done well in the Personnel Services Delivery Industry since. After several years his success prompted him to eventually start up his own company.

The goal is to pursue my interest further with business. I am familiar with his business market from living and listening to what he does for many years. In the past helped him in with the phones and if the opportunity is presented would like to accept a position with his company. The process will begin by learning fundamentals of recruitment, human resources and business development, later on as experience is learned and applied. Hopefully and when ready, for more responsible positions like Team or Project Leadership.

For the last three years I have been working as a Marketing Assistant for a compensation consulting company. They provide compensation data to High Tech Human Resources departments through out the U.S. and some International markets. This information helps companies determine the best financial approaches in providing compensation packages to their employees. Another way to look at it, our company provides data so our customers can develop best business practices to help their companies decide the best approaches for their revenue plans. What we research and collect for data is very important and requires a great deal of attention to detail.

Team Role:

Presentation Technologist for Brilliant, Incorporated working along with T.J. Sizemore. Responsibilities include the development of the video presentations, effective taping, and editing in order to market our company to potential clients that would desire our services.

It is important that ideas are incorporated into an interesting presentation. Properly organized it will explain the unique services our company provides.
