The following is a list of my current and past employers.

I have been at HOA since April 2006. Shortly after, I started to work as the Head Wait/Shift Manager. I then moved into the position of a Trainer. In 2008, due to my exceptional work with trainees and testing and classrooms, I became the Head Trainer in Kennesaw. I now serve in all of these positions, as well as serving as a Bartender.

My skills and duties include:

Þ Train new hires to become great employees

Þ Produce and prepare files for new employees

Þ Teach business classes & provide tests to hires

Þ Provide great customer service to guests

Þ Multitasking

Þ Work in a fast paced business

Þ As frequent Head Wait, assist management in running the store

After my junior year in high school, I applied and was chosen to work as a student employee at the military Commissary in Fort Gordon, GA. The requirements were high, but I maintained and worked for them for a year until I left to attend college.

They taught me extensive money handling skills. I operated a register and delivered strong customer service to consumers.

I worked at Target in Kennesaw from August 2005 to May 2006. I started out as a Cashier, but due to my customer service skills, I was asked to work the Guest Services position. I was then asked to work Sales Floor and Operator positions, because of my ability to multi-task and work fast.  I continued to work all of these positions on different shifts, until I found work at HOA.

My skills and duties included:

Þ Clerical work on computers & manual filing

Þ Problem solving

Þ Kept order and organization to sales floor

Þ Maintained patience with irate guests
