Personal Biography:

I am a student in my third year at Kennesaw State University.  Even though I’m about half way through college, I still have no idea what I want to do.  I am currently a business major and looking into accounting or finance.  Right now my main focus is to get through college debt free.  Currently I have the Hope scholarship which has paid for all of my classes up to this point.  I think that having the Hope pay for my school gives me a huge incentive to succeed in school.  Since starting college I have become much better at managing my time and my priorities.  I think that my strong points are critical thinking and strategizing.  I just hope I figure out what major I want to pursue sooner rather than later.

Professional Biography:

I believe that I’m a good communicator and team member.  I like to work with other people to accomplish big projects or presentations.  Group work usually goes very well when members communicate properly.  When in a group, I try to socialize with each member of the group in order to make everyone feel included.  Poor group communication usually leads to poor grades. One thing that can be troubling when working in groups is when one or more group members fail to comply with what is expected of them.  For this reason I do not enjoy being a group leader.  I would rather be responsible for myself and not have to worry if others are doing what they need to be doing.  I don’t like telling people what to do and how to do it.  I like to be in charge of myself and responsible for my own actions and not the actions of others.  I do enjoy applying what I know and have previously learned into what I am currently working on.  I enjoy thinking outside of the box and coming up with new ideas. 

Work Breakdown:

 In working on this website I began by changing the title and name located at the top of the screen.  I did this by going into notepad and using the edit-find option to locate specific lines of code and modify them in order to make my page unique.  For the headings, I changed the title to “PODCASTING”, entered my group name, and entered my name to the right of the page.  I then found a picture of myself suitable for the web page and inserted it using word.  I also used word to format the background color.  And finally I added my personal information, operating agreement, links to my project research and team member’s pages.
