Name: Robert C. Farris

Role: Group Leader

Skills:

I consider myself to be an improving novice when it comes to computers. I have learned in the past months how to use Excel, Access and Power point without difficulty. I have taken public speech courses and I feel I can give effective lectures with ease in front of large groups of my fellow students.

I feel that Microsoft Word is my greatest skill at the computer. I have been writing successful papers on Word for the last ten years.

Strengths:

I pride myself on being a good listener; I believe listening is the most important tool used in a successful conversation. I’m also a quick learner; I can grasp new ideas as fast as they can be described to me. I cope with my weaknesses well and strive to perfect them; this is a strength I can definitely say not everyone has. I also believe I am a good leader. I feel achievements are fought for through leadership not by chance.

Weaknesses:

I know more than anyone that I have weaknesses. I type slowly compared to others of my age. I don’t have a true knowledge of how computer programs are used and implemented correctly. I also don’t feel I’m where I could be on proper email etiquette. But with time and patience I feel I can overcome these weaknesses and be a modern and effective business man.
