Issues With Generating Advertisement Revenue Through Podcasting Legall Issues in Podcasting and Licensure Requirements Team One Operating Agreement Group Members: David Boland Elexis Arnold Wesley Albright Alex Brown	Personal Biography: After switching my major a couple of times I am now a twenty year old management major here at Kennesaw State University. I think that I have finally found a major that suits me well and look forward to the rest of my education as a business major. I also work part time as a subcontractor for Peach State Window Cleaning with accounts in Midtown and Buckhead. I plan to work for about ten years in the business field gaining valuable knowledge that may eventually help me to start some kind of successful small business on my own. Professional Biography: I have always been a hard worker throughout school and in the jobs that I have had. Before working as a window cleaner I held jobs in other service areas which included working as a personal landscaper, working in food service mostly through a catering business, and working in gutter cleaning. All of these positions required me to communicate and thus improve my skills with working with a wide variety of people. As the project manager of our team I plan to use my personal skills that I have learned through working to pull our team together and help us excel to achieve a final product that we can all feel good about. Work Breakdown: Creating this webpage really helped to expand my skills with using technology. More specifically, by learning to understand and use html I become endowed with a skill that can help me to communicate more effectively in the business world. Websites like the one we modified here greatly help to communicate information and organize it in a useful way linking different aspects of one topic as our group has done here for podcasting. To modify the website I first downloaded the existing template for the website that we would manipulate to create our own. I then used html coding to link two of my credible sources dealing with the area of current issues in podcasting. I used html coding once again to create the links for both the operating agreement and the names of my four other group members all seen to the left. I then wrote the two paragraphs above to describe both my personal and professional information and now am completing the list of knowledge gained and steps taken to complete the assignment. I will last publish the webpage so that it can be viewed from the web and submit it for grading by way of a word document with the url displayed.
