My name is Maria Shaun Helbling and I am 21 years old. I am currently a Business Management Major at Kennesaw State University. Once I graduate, I hope to work as a foreign missionary, spreading the love of Jesus Christ. I am not sure what country I will work in, but I am considering moving to Ocho Rios, Jamaica and starting a church. If I do not leave the country immediately after graduation, I hope to obtain a job in human resources.

In addition to going to school full time, I hold a part-time job at a Toy Store called Learning Express. My hobbies include strengthening my relationship with my Creator and Savior, watching the OC with my best friend, making new friends, music (singing, piano, and guitar), athletics (bouldering, jogging, swimming), and literature (reading and writing). I hope to record a Cd in the next year. (While I never intend on becoming famous, sometimes God intends things that I don't.) A few more fun facts about myself include:

I am really artsy and craftsy. I never buy anything I know I can make (jewelry, bags, etc.).

I am a fool for sunrises and sunsets, and the outdoors in general.

I've had two nicknames in my whole life. One was "plucky-ducky", because I was a freak about plucking my eyebrows. The other was "flik", because my friends thought it halarious to kid that I looked like the big, blue ant from Bugs Life.

I have been to Jamaica 7 times, and will go back for a month this summer. I love the people; they have stolen my heart...And the country (once you get out of the generic tourist areas) is breath taking. I go as a missionary, hoping to instill strong Biblical foundations in the lives of those I meet. I have many people there that I consider my family. I love it! IRIE!

I have a tattoo on my wrist and a nose ring...Alot of people say they would have never pictured me with these "additions".
