* Biography:
My name is Michael Oberender and I am 19 yrs. Old. I am currently a sophomore at Kennesaw State University and I am working hard to get my Business degree. Learning and understanding different aspects of the business world while taking this course will help me move further ahead in any career I pursue. I have always felt that a business major would be the best route for me to take. Anywhere you go today, business skills are needed. From working to an Ice Cream shop to a busy warehouse, business skills need to be learned and used.
I am a really organized person. I feel that it is a good skill to have because organization is key to being successful. I work very well with others and feel that I can help bring success in anything I put my mind to. I hope to show all of you that I will be a great asset to the team.
* Experience, Skills, Talents:
When it comes to working with a team, I believe I am a valuable asset. I work very well with others and I try to be as involved as I can to get the job done. The most important skill that I have is organization. If there are due dates of what needs to get done then I will stay on top of it. With my last job, I worked with customers that were under a high level of stress and needed to get to a certain place at a certain time. I always made sure the customer was satisfied. I have experience creating advertisements for companies as well as having professional presentation skills.
I also feel that my experience in working with groups on major projects will be a great asset. When I was in high school, I worked with fellow classmates to create professional business plans for real companies needing our help. Our project led us all the way to internationals to place in the top 20%. So I feel that with my organization and experience, I will be a great asset to any team.
* Team Role Description:
My role in Team Precision was to be the Web Page design Coordinator. My responsibilities included creating our homepage and making sure it was up and running. I also needed to guide my other teammates through creating their homepage and team roles. I helped decide the color and design of our website layout to make professional and to also decide on our team logo.
