	Team Role: As the Project Manager, I am the primary team communicator and coordinator that must participate in each of the three team deliverables: Web page, report, and video presentation. I have constructed a timetable for the project and took the lead role in completing the team Operating Agreement. It is my duty to see each project is completed on time. In addition, I must monitor the discussion board, send reminder emails to team members, and always lend a helping hand to each member whenever it is needed.

	Experience and Biography:
Formal Report	At the age of 20, I am currently attending Kennesaw State University as a finance major. Born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, my family moved to Woodstock, GA the winter before the 1996 Olympics. Coming from a large Italian family, I learned not only how to love but how to have a lot of patience. I can only hope that in ten years I will be a successful Financial Planner with a family of my own. For the past two years, I have worked for Cover Ups, an event decorating company. Each week I am assigned my own team to head during set-ups. My duties include organizing job times, making sure everyone is on task, and networking. I can make quick executive decisions that are needed for our deadlines to be met. Cover Ups has given me experience working together in teams in order to have an excellent final product.

	Having an outgoing personality is my best attribute. This allows me to have good communication skills among not only my friends but also the people I work with. Most people also know me for my excellent organization skills both personally and professionally. By being so organized and outgoing makes it easy for me to succeed in this project.
