Michelle Walace

Biography

I am a “Cali” girl by birth and 21 years of age. I’ve moved 14 different times so far and look forward to many more! Just recently, I’ve moved from Washington State to clear across the country to settle in Georgia. I have found Atlanta to be overall a better place to live and the people down here friendlier.

Currently, I am studying Finance as a junior at Kennesaw State University. I am also part of the ROTC program on campus and a member of a GA Army National Guard Chemical unit located in Kennesaw. It is through my military experience that I’ve learned a lot about leadership, teamwork, and responsibility. I first enlisted when I was 17. My intent is to commission as a Finance or Military Intelligence officer by 2009 with a B.B.A in Finance. Then I plan on pursuing my Masters and hopefully, will be right on track for a fulfilling career.

Team Role:
Project Manager

I am the leader of the group who makes sure the research, report, webmaster, and presentation coordinator are all doing their jobs correctly. I collaborate group meetings, assign due dates, delegate tasks, and assist all members on my team. I make sure Team Mirage meets the project standards and the project deadlines. 

 For the formal report, I will take the lead role in writing the Operating Agreement, abstract, letter of transmittal, and the section of the paper focused on the issues of social networking sites.
