Welcome

      In the spring of 2006, this website was created by Julie Nguyen to provide everyone with a guide to insomnia. This was made available to college students and anyone who is interested or suffering from insomnia. The purpose of this website was to serve as my final project in ENGL 1102 for Ms. Guglielmo's class. I hope to answer most of the questions about insomnia, sleep myths, treatments, costs, programs, and additional information I come across in the form of a website as accurately and up-to-date as possible.       Purpose: To inform about the increasing health problem, insomnia, and make a guide that will help everybody especially college students. Hopefully, this will allow them the choice to improve their sleep hygiene.

      Audience: It includes almost anyone who has suffered or interested in insomnia.
