My Biography:

My name is Jimmy Hammond and I was born in Atlanta, Georgia. I spent the majority of my life in Fairburn, Georgia. I attended Evoline C. West Elementary school and then Bear Creek Middle School.  I am one of two awesome sons in our family.  My brother is enrolled at Georgia Institute of Technology, in which he is graduating this march after his sixth year there. I am a proud supporter of the GT yellow jackets. I try to make make it to all of the football games that GT has, mainly because I have two friends on the team who I grew up with.  Growing up in Fairburn I was very active in the youth group. I recently flew to Jamaica on a mission trip. Jamaica was awesome except for the fact that I broke my ankle the first day there and was put on crutches that were way to small.

Now at the age of 20, I am attending Kennesaw State University, where I have been recognized as being on the Dean's list. My major changed from Pre-Med to what it is now, Marketing. Hopefully I will be using my major in marketing to get a job with sports, whether it is sports marketing or not doesn't matter. I am among the minority of students who live on campus but I really enjoy it. Each class this semester has been quite a challenge witch makes me learn the material thoroughly. I am excited about getting out into the work field and using my skills that I have acquired here at KSU.

My Role:

My role on the team is the Digital Video Coordinator. My main role falls near the end of the semester when we have all of our research is done. I will be reserving the camera and checking out good places, with good light, for our recording of the video.

Our group will be working as a team, which means wherever someone needs help we will be there for each other. I will be lending a helping hand to any group member who needs help so we can create a developed project. I know that being the Digital Video Coordinator that I will be helping Gary a lot with the formal report research.
