Operating Agreement
Team Cinco
r The mission of this group is to successfully complete
the task of creating a system analysis and video presentation on Equity Pay for
Employees under the guidelines created by Professor Elke Leeds, BISM 2100,
Purpose:
r The purpose of team Cinco is to find a software package
that will enable Human Resources to perform equity pay analysis, ensuring
compliance with government established guidelines. Equity pay refers to the fair
compensation of persons, without regard to race, creed, color, sex, or sexual
orientation, who perform the same job with equal responsibilities. The software
will improve the efficiency of analyzing employee data and therefore correcting
any compensation issues as they arise.

Decision-Making:

For all decisions,
all team members must come to a consensus. All members must agree before any
action takes place. If an agreement
cannot be reached, the issue will be referred to Professor Leeds for the final recommendation.
Team Leader:

We have all come
to a consensus, that there is no “I” in team and no one person shall lead
another. We are all adults and we shall behave as adults. Therefore, we are all team leaders.

presentation and ensuring all of the proper editing is done and loaded on the

r Christopher is responsible for making sure that the
report is in accurate order and is not missing any crucial information.

r Melissa is responsible for making sure the formal
report has no grammatical errors and is prepared in a timely manner.
Meeting
Facilitator: Amanda Todd
r Amanda will be responsible for making sure everyone is
aware of the meetings by posting an e-mail to all the team members on WebCt twenty-four
hours before each meeting.

Meeting Attendance Policy:

must be present at all team meetings

must contribute during the team meetings

must bring any material or information with them to the team meetings

must come to all meeting with an open mind and fully prepared to get the most
out of all team meetings
r
If for any reason
a member is unable to attend a team meeting, he or she must give four hours
advance notice of why they are unable to attend via bulletin board on WebCt or
by telephone.
