Fernanda Daniel - Project Manager

Role:

Fernanda is the primary team coordinator and communicator. She is responsible for leading the team in order to ensure that each member contributes his or her skills to the project. She acts as a director of the team activities. She acts as an active participant in the all areas of the project, focusing on the web page, formal report and presentation. Meeting times, due dates and assignment submission procedures will be coordinated by her.

Her main skills are leadership, organization, direction and follow-through which enable the project to run smoothly. She seeks to praise and reinforce every team member for their contribution in order to promote their ownership in the project as well as stimulate initiative, creativity and quality work.

Bio:

Fernanda was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, has lived five years of her life in Mexico City, Mexico and resided the remaining 15 years in Atlanta, United States. She is multi-lingual, she is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English, and is proficient in French and Italian.

She is soon to graduate from Kennesaw State University with a major in Psychology and a minor in Marketing. Her future ambitions are to own her own business, get married, have children, write a book and later in life to get a Master’s in Counseling to serve as a marital counselor to other couples.
