The Project Manager will be the primary team communicator and coordinator. This individual will participate in each of the three team deliverables (Web page, report, and presentation) while simultaneously coordinating meeting times, communication, and assignment submission procedures.

This individual will coordinate all activities of the team. They will take the lead role in completing the team Operating Agreement and will be an active participant with the Formal Report Coordinator, Web Page Coordinator, and Presentation Coordinator. This individual should have strong communication and planning skills. They will construct a timetable for the project, manage all team communications, and submit the formal report to turnitin.com with time for revisions if necessary. The PM will take ultimate responsibility for the timely completion of each related project. This includes monitoring of the discussion board, reminder emails to team members, and participation in projects as needed by other members.

My name is Derek Dailey and I am a junior at Kennesaw. My major is accounting and I plan to graduate next year. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, my girlfriend, and my dog. I have lived in Georgia for my entire life and also love the Georgia Bulldogs. I love going to Lake Burton and Lake Jackson. Some of my other favorite vacation spots are Panama City Beach

For this semester I would like to further my business skills. Learning new computer skills is one of my main goals. Team work is also another aspect because most employers want an employee who works well with others.

My role on the team is project manager. My position is responsible for submitting the completed assignments to the professor. Aside from individual assignments, I am an assistant to the other members on the team. If they need help, I am here to help them.

I will help to complete the team operating agreement and I will also help the webmaster with the team website. For the team paper I will assist with research and putting together the finished product. I am also going to act as the overall coordinator and will participate in the making of the video presentation.
