BIO: My name is Dustin Caldwell and I am a current student at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw Georgia. I am currently studying business management and hope to further flight school once I graduate (you have to have a degree to be a commercial pilot). I was born and raised in Georgia, but I love to travel. I currently live in Douglasville and commute to Kennesaw two days a week. I am currently looking at apartments here in Kennesaw but it’s hard to find the time to actually go look at them with my schedule. I also have a girlfriend named Kori that I have been dating for over three years now. We have a great relationship and really understand each other, which I think is a rarity and I am so proud to call her my own. This semester: My current goals and aspirations are pretty simple. I really just want to do something I love in life, like flying. I hope that if I have a great job that I love and a family that I can support with happiness and money that I bring in, that would be all I needed. As far as current goals; I hope to make descent grades this semester (pass world English) and can keep my relationship as strong as it’s been going. For this class I hope to take away some vital communication skills that will set me apart in later classes and one day perhaps help me open up my own side business online. I think that this website project can help me a lot and I plan on getting as much out of it as possible.
What I Bring to the Table: I have maintained in my work history several positions that cover many different areas of expertise. I have worked in a haunted house, car detailer, cook at Outback, sales rep at BestBuy for two years and I currently work at AT&T in Buckhead as a retail sales consultant. Through these positions as it pertains to business school, I have obtained a lot of experience in the wireless communication industry. This includes sales, scheduling, wireless trouble shooting, and knowledge on how to activate and manage both personal and business accounts via online management systems.
What I did to get this done: (1) I uploaded the sample web-site from the web and onto the hard drive of my computer. (2) Once this was saved I downloaded the SSH Secure file transfer client and installed it. (3) I then used Notepad to open the saved website on my computer. (4) Once the code was in sight I made the necessary changes. (5) I then opened the SSH secure transfer client and exported my re-edited website, links and image onto my remote Kennesaw Server. (6) From here the web-site was visible to the world.
