Carmen Inman - Research Coordinator

Carmen Inman was born in San Jose, California. After two years of College, she decided to move to the Washington DC area in 1992 with her fiancé. She was married in 1993 and moved to Lorton, Virginia. In 1994 she had her first son, Miles. Soon after Miles was born, her family moved to Marietta Georgia. In 1996, she had her son Maceo and in 2000, she had her daughter, Maya. Carmen and her family currently reside in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Even before leaving California, Carmen worked in a Supervisor capacity. She transferred as a Supervisor to Dollar Rent A Car at Washington Dulles Airport. Once she moved to Georgia, she worked briefly at Publix and then moved on to the Marriott Hotel in Marietta. While working at the Marriott, she was a Supervisor and was also Manager on Duty during the weekends and night shifts. After working at the Marriott, she moved to NetBank where she is currently employed. Carmen is now a bank Officer at NetBank. Carmen as also returned to college to pursue her B.A. in business management.

Carmen has the responsibility of Research Coordinator. The Research Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that each team member contributes content for the project along with cited works. The cited works must be verified for authenticity and accuracy. The RC should also be familiar with the internet.

Carmen's current work environment requires extensive research, especially since she sends correspondence to regulatory agencies as well as consumer advocate groups. She gathers all of the facts pertaining to the issue and then responds appropriately. Since her work is primarily conducted through the internet, she is well versed with the search functions, which will help with her responsibilities as a Research Coordinator.
