 Personal Biography:

My number one goal in life is to be successful. I want to become a Sports Broadcaster for ESPN one day. Hopefully, that day and dream will come very soon. I feel as though the path that I am on is leading right to the job of my dreams. After obtaining my bachelor’s degree in Sports Management I plan to attend a broadcasting school that will also help me reach my dreams. I also plan to obtain my master’s degree in Sports Management as well. I am a huge sports fan. I love every sport from basketball to football to wrestling to golf. I believe that my passion for sports and my loveable personality will allow me to be the Sports Broadcast that I strive to be. I am able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, catch on to things really fast and I have the fight in me to not quit until the job is done. My determination and positive attitude is easy to get along with and I am able to work with anyone. Being in the Army for six years has taught me to adapt to others and their ways of life, that is something I can and will definetly use in any and all situations. I pay close attention to detail and ask questions if something is unclear. My work ethics along with my determination will get me far in life; not only to become a Sports Broadcaster but to be successful in anything that I do.

Professional Biography:

I am a Surveillance Analyst for a well known broker dealer and a soldier in the United States Army Reserves. Communication is an essential key to both of the occupations that I maintain. Both of my occupations have allowed me to enhance my communication , application and leadership skills. The position that I hold as a Surveillance Analyst requires me to communicate with a lot people. I communicate with people within my company from the CEO to my colleagues, via e-mail, phone, webex, and conferences. Holding this position and having to communicate with these people on a constant basis , in a professional manner allows me to communicate with almost anyone. I have always have leadership qualities, the Army has enhanced them for me. Being in the Army and being put in different situations when someone is not always there to tell you what to do forces you to be a leader. It does not matter what rank you are or how long you have been in the service, taking charge means just that, taking charge. These qualities that I possess allow me to perform my duties at my workplace and as a groupmember as it pertains to schoolwork. The skills that I have to offer are within Microsoft Office, Adobe, photoshop and different web conference softwares and databases.

Work Breakdown:

Step 1: Save the website provided Http://students.kennesaw.edu/~eleeds Go to file, save as, create a folder in “My documents” save the webpage in the folder as “index.htm”. Step 2: Go to the notepad under the accessories tab in the start menu and open the webpage there. Select file, select open locate the file you want to open “index.htm” ensuring that you look for All Files. Step 3: Begin to modify the code to fit your personalized web page. Open the html cheat sheet to use as a reference, replace and change colors, names, text, images and styles. Insert the three required links. Using two of the links that you previously researched for the Discussion Posting Week 4.Do this by referring to the html cheat sheet and the demostration videos provided in the Week 4 learning modules. Step 4: Review the assignment sheet to ensure that you have made the proper changes Go through each step and locate the codes within the text in notepad. Do so by using the find option under the edit tab in notepad or select Ctrl+F or F3. Identify which code you are looking for in the search box and verify that appropriate changes have been made. Step 5: Publish Download Secure Shell FTP. To use Secure Shell click on the Quick Connect but ton on the main toolbar. Enter the hostname, students.kennesaw.edu, enter your netID, click connect and click the yes button on the host identification dialog box. Two screens will appear once the connection is made, the left side shows the contents of the local computer and the right side shows the contents of your space on the student server. Navigate to the location where you saved your files on the left side and double click on the html folder on the right side. Drag and drop files from one side to the other as you wish. To download a file from the server drag it from the right side to the left side. To upload a file to the server drag it from the left side to the right side. Once all of these steps are complete and you save the latest version of the index file, your webpage is complete. Open a browser and critically review your webpage, make any changes that are necessary.
