  Team Role:

As the Formal Report Coordinator I am the lead writer and I am responsible for creating an outline of the formal report.  I will have to possess excellent skills in time management, Microsoft Word, and business writing.  My communication with the other team members is a vital role in creating the formal report.  In order to organize all the information, frequent meetings with Research Coordinator, Lucasz Skrzypiec and Project Manager, Brandon Pitchford will be necessary.

For my role, I will have to spend many hours in the writing lab formatting the formal outline with the researched information her team members provide for her.  I will have to be able to relay her team’s ideas and visions onto the formal outline in a detailed, precise and organized manner.  There will need to be meetings scheduled to receive feedback and reviews from other team members.  Interaction with everyone on this project is necessary for the Formal Report Coordinator and will prove it so in the final product.

Home Experiences And Biography:

I was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on March 18, 1985.  I was adopted at only three days old by her parents, Joseph Hardwick and Linda Young.  I have only one sibling, a sister named Paige Hardwick who was also adopted.  I grew up in Marietta Georgia where I attended Sprayberry High School and was involved in many extracurricular activities.  I played on the Varsity Soccer Team, was a member of the Spanish club, a representative in Student Government, and the President of the Senior Class Spirit club called Sting.

I then went on to attend The Ohio State University for two years, and now I am currently finishing my undergraduate degree in Business Marketing at Kennesaw State University.  Today I live in Brookhaven and I work as a receptionist at Veterinary Medical Center in Alpharetta.  My favorite college football team is Georgia Tech and I attend every home game throughout the season.  In the future I plan to graduate and become head of the Marketing Department for a Fortune 500 company.  After earning some money, I want to live on a boat off the coast of Northern California, earn a degree in Marine Biology and study Great White Sharks until retirement.

  Skills and Talents:

I have been working as a Receptionist at a Vet Clinic since February of this year. My job is to check clients and patients in and out, write and refill perscriptions for doctors, and relay and record information to techs and doctors from client phone calls. All of these tasks are done within our computer system.

Having this job has improved my computer and proofreading skills. Everyday I work, there are usually at least 10 other employees including two other receptionists working around me. I have excellent cooperation skills and I am able to get along with everyone. I am a good listener and am very open minded to opinions and ideas that are not mine.
